Good Man
She saw the signs from the start
Closed her eyes when he touched her heart
He's a Good Man, but he's never gonna change
Right away he was putting her down
With out him, she'd be gaining no ground
He's a Good Man, but he's never gonna change
He gives her lots of love and flowers
After he's done wrong and doesn't know what to say
She's always willing to forgive, trying to forget
But she doesn't have to love this way
Because a Good Man won't point his finger in your face
Try and keep you in your place, and put you down
A Good Man will walk that extra mile, hold you till you smile
And bring you flowers just because he loves you
He doesn't get along with her family
Doesn't like any of her friends
Swears they're all just using her
They won't be here in the end
He only gets angry when she does something wrong
It's all her fault, Its been that way all along
He gives her lots of love and flowers
After he's done wrong and doesn't know what to say
She's always willing to forgive, and trying to forget
But she doesn't have to love this way
Because a Good Man won't point his finger in your face
Try and keep you in your place, and put you down
A Good Man will walk that extra mile, hold you till you smile
And bring you flowers just because he loves you
Hey, This is your life, an you know you make the choices
So, why don't you just walk away, into the sunrise
Because a Good Man won't point his finger in your face
Try and keep you in your place, and put you down
A Good Man will walk that extra mile, hold you till you smile
And bring you flowers just because he loves you
A Good Man, A Real Good Man

Love Goes And Breaks Your Ol' Heart Again
Long ago back when love first started
Someone left someone broken hearted
So now love's had this bad wrap through history
And I don't like the way loves been treating me
How come, Just when you think you're about to win
Love Goes And Breaks Your Ol' Heart Again
Well the day we met said I vowed that I'd try
To change that course of history as time goes by
You know I worked real hard I tried to talk things out
All you'd ever do is scream and shout
Just when you think you're about to win
Love Goes And Breaks Your Ol' Heart Again
Just when you pick yourself up off the ground
Someone rides by and shoots you right back down
You swear you'll never fall in love again
Then loves comes around, It's hard to turn down
So you close your eyes and don't look back
Well now long ago back when love first started
Someone left someone broken hearted
So love's had a bad wrap through history
And I don't like the way loves been treating me
Just when you think you're about to win
Love Goes And Breaks Your Ol' Heart Again
Just when you think you're about to win
Love Goes And Breaks Your Ol' Heart Again

The Best Of Me
Sometimes, I feel you turn away from me
I can tell there's something on your mind
I can read you like a book
I just can't read between the lines
Hey I believe that love is only what you make it
So, if you need some time alone go ahead and take it
Your Love it always seems to get The Best Of Me
Everything I do, I think of you
Somehow, your Love it always seems to get The Best Of Me
Sometimes my Best's not good enough for you
Words, words are at the tip of my tongue
But I don't know what to say
And, the right ones always come along
The second you walk away
Hey I believe that love is only what you make it
So, if you need some time alone go ahead and take it
Your Love it always seems to get the best of me
Everything I do, I think of you
Somehow, your Love it always seems to get the best of me
Sometimes my Best's not good enough for you

This Ol' House
This Ol' House is filled, with a lot of memories
I never thought the day would come that we would ever leave
All the things I saved forever to sort through on a rainy day
All the things I could never live without, today I threw away
Here In This Ol' House
This empty place I'm standing in used to be my room
I'd sit for hours playing guitar, and singing Neil Young tunes
And I'd lay at night and wonder, just where I'd be today
And just as long as This Ol' House was here
I knew I'd always be ok
Here in This Ol' House
The day I left for college, and said goodbye to my best friend
The first time that I realized a broken heart can mend
Was in This Ol' House
I'll sure miss this place
But today I finally see
The last ten years Moms lived alone
This house needs a family
There's a lot of living to be had throughout the future years
A lot of laughter will fill these rooms, and yea I guess a lot of tears
Here in This Ol' House

Not Me
Some people cry when they loose, drown their sorrows in a bottle of booze
Not Me, Not Me
Other have their lives go by, winning, not even having to try
Not Me, no Not Me
I have to work hard and unfortunately
If I relied on luck it wouldn't come to me
Not Me, no Not Me
Some people are scared of success, so they learn how to settle for less
Not Me, no Not Me
And Others have it all, there's always someone else to take their fall
Not Me, Not Me
I have to work hard and unfortunately
If I relied on luck it wouldn't come to me
Not Me, no Not Me
With every failure comes a seed of success
I've been counting mine, I must confess
My whole life I've been paying my dues
And now I've got so many seeds I just can't loose
Some people cry when they loose, drown their sorrows in a bottle of
booze
Not Me, no Not Me
And others have their lives go by, winning, not even having to try
Not Me, no Not Me
I have to work hard and unfortunately
If I relied on luck it wouldn't come to me
Not Me, Not Me, Not Me, no Not Me

Let It Start With Me
Sometimes when I look in the mirror
I try to see through the other side
Cause if I am what the world thinks about me
Then, Who am I?
And, Sometimes I lay at night and worry
Can my heart truly see
Is it doing what can make a difference
Or is it doing what's right for me?
But I am bigger than my thoughts
But the world is bigger than me
And We're both small in this universe
Which God has to look down to see
So I wonder if I can ever make a difference, that anyone will ever see
Well, if a difference has to start somewhere
Let It Start With Me
Sometimes I catch myself judging
People on the things they do
So I make myself sit down and I think about
What they might be going through
How come every time I think I understand it
Every time I finally see
Something Happens that brings me farther back
Than I ever thought I'd be
But I am bigger than my thoughts
But the world is bigger than me
And We're both small in this universe
Which God has to look down to see
So I wonder if I can ever make a difference that anyone will ever see
Well, if a difference has to start somewhere
Let It Start With Me
Well, if a difference has to start somewhere
Let It Start With Me
